I am so ready for this season to e over. How in the HELL can is many layers go down in one season?
We just can't tackle !!!! Or cover !!!! Or play defense !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't we bump the receivers off the line ???? Playing 20 yds off obviously doesn't work !!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the naysayers here were posting the same negative crap during the Clemson game. We are the decided underdog for a reason. Offense needs to settle down. My main concern all year is Kizer needing excessive time and waiting for receivers to gain separation, and he won't have that luxury today. We'll see if he can trust his receivers and their routes and pull the trigger more timely. We knew the defense was going to give up a lot of yards and points.
The reality is there is a small handful of know it alls who tell anyone who has ever questioned Kelly's finesse offense that we don't know anything about football. I've said this for years and I'll say it again. Notre Dame will never win until we get back to playing power football.
It is not all bandwagon fans. It is fans, like me, who have been around for 20 plus years and are tired of seeing the same shit game after game. Would like to see ND be able to go toe to toe with an elite team.

I never played for the Bears either but I am a fan of them . I am a football fan, specifically ND football. This forum is for ND football fans and not limited to present or former students and/or benefactors. BTW, my father and cousin are former students so I guess I'm ok.
