I am having a hard time figuring out why we cannot throw the ball. Is it play calling? Wimbush scared to air it out? Take out 2 big runs by Adams and offense is not clicking. Thought Long seemed out of his league last week but seems to look like the norm.

Yes, he's throwing high on many of his passes.

We haven't seen that much of Wimbush. I wonder if this is a general tendency with him.

Adams has only run 9 or 10 times. BC Defense far from worm out.

People this is a rebuilding year and it's only the first year of the new coaches. Next year Kelly and staff will get things going and by the way "we play for championships"..........................SORRY I WAS CHANNELING SWARBRICK FOR A SECOND.

Maybe it's just me but the defense comes up with a big 4th down stop and nobody even looks pumped up at all. Like there's no motivation with this team at times.

I'd argue that, in general, defenses have figured out the zone-read run scheme, maybe it's time to switch back to running out of a deep I and the RB is not standing still 3-4 yards behind the line of scrimmage waiting to get the ball...
