Scott Frost

Well if it really is true that no one can fix Nebraska, they might as well keep Scott Frost forever. Eventually he probably will turn it around. He seems like a good coach, he definitely was good at UCF.

So just let Scott Frost have the job indefinitely. As long as they keep losing all their games by less than one score....

looking like Scott Frost’s last year. Not sure anyone can fix Nebraska
After Herbie predicted the Huskies in the Big10 championship game?

Scott didn’t get the memo

6-24 in one score games in last 4 years

it’s not a coincidence. He had one good year at UCF, so not sure it was fully indicative

Yea, Frost knows his stuff. But if Frost an Alum and Nebraska football legend can’t make it then who can????

Hard to recruit someone to be a Cornhusker lol

From a pure football standpoint, Nebraska would be far far better off in the Big 12 and recruiting to the Big 12.

But I get it. The almighty dollar rules in most cases. Including Lincoln.

Frost had 1 good year as a head coach. I think you can be successful there. Maybe it's just that he can't.

Nebraska should have never left the Big 12

Kinda sad, it is hard not to pull for the QB who came back to rescue a falling dynasty.

Nebraska should have never left the Titantic 12? That conference won't exist as we knew it in one more year.

I read the Nebraska QB turns 24 in October. That experience should help Scott Frost at least win 7 games.

Meanwhile, Tyler Buchner is 19.

Wow!!! He is older than a lot of starting NFL QBs.

They have a great tradition and lots of passion. Like Bama who didn’t win crap for a very long time the right coach came along.

Frost is not the guy. They should move on. Go after Luke or the dude at Wake or someone better.

No...

Nebraska should've NEVER got a case of USCitis

In other words their expectations were unrealistic after Osborne had 3 titles in 4 years.
They should've stuck with Frank Solich and they might have won another title or two.

But nnnoooo....

We have to win a title every year...clearing my throat and looking at you USC, TEXAS, LSU

They indeed have a lot of passion. And they should. Zero professional sports in Nebraska, just like Alabama; frankly, its the only game in town or the entire state.

I dunno about that. The problem is that Nebraska and the nearby Midwest states as a whole are low on talent compared where Bama is located.

Not saying they will win a Natty, but they should not be a B10 bottom dweller. I would bet Saban takes that game in Ireland for them.

Yeah, they used to get a ton of players from Texas. Not so much anymore.
Right. And being in the BIG 12, these Texas players would come back home as a road opponent 2-3 times a year. And there were traditional rivalries that kids were eager to be a part of. By going to the Big 10, Osborne killed that. Why would a kid from Texas want to go to Nebraska to play Rutgers, Iowa, and Minnessota? Schools nowhere close to where you grew up and was not traditional CFB. This is what pisses me off about all this conference realignment.

Read the bios on Luke Fickell, his wife, and 6 young kids. Ohio born, Ohio bred.

Like Golson said, they ain't going to Nebraska.

Columbus one day? Certainly.
Well....

The musical conferences are truly stupid and you can bet your ass long term most who make a move will rue the day they switched

In ten years time you'll see more independent teams than in the last 40 years. It's coming
