Can we please not fall for trick plays every damn game! It's like we still don't know how to defend those! Pathetic!
there's just no talent on the defensive side of the ball. red zone play calling has been terrible aass well.
Good grief. When is Notre Dame going to get a team by the throat and then stand on it? This is getting sickening. I've never in my life seen a program that will take a blowout or potential blowout of a very good team, and piss it away like this program does.

a wounded team, with a coach that had half a week to get ready is tearing up the ND defense!

very poorly coached on both sides of the ball.Injuries haven't helped but neither have the coaches.
My halftime adjustments:
Defense: get some speed on the field i.e. Redfield and Morgan. Stay disclpined. Do not leave your man until ball carrier has crossed line of scrimmage.
Offense: use 2 TEs and have them lead block to get the run game going and create some play action. Run shallow drags like SC has been doing.
Special teams: no adjustments. Been the best group so far.

Same crap every year. Turnover problems. Terrible RZ play. Mental breakdowns. Injuries are part of the game, look at MSU they have lost a huge chunk of their starting defense. I'm tired of the injury excuse every year. Every team has injuries.

Yea, I guess mediocre is good enough for ND now.
What kills me is the stupidity of Kelly. ND has been running the ball great but he keeps going to the pass. Against Clemson we couldn't run the ball and that's all he would do for 3 Qtrs. I guess he just enjoys banging his head against a wall.
Warn: If ND missing the tackles after halftime then USC will win. ND's SS and CB are not speed. USC runs so faster.
