Just took a peek st ND’s academic calendar and see that this past week was mid-term exams. ND usually does not perform as well on the Saturday after those exams.

I knew there had to be some classic ND baked excuse for this embarrassment

When teams don't respect your wr's as pass catchers because you never throw them the ball it makes it a helluva lot easier to sniff out wrs as runners on sweeps and reverses.

Rees has been gawd awful.

Mayer, a tight end, has 1/3 of all team receptions, as great as he is, that’s far too many, ergo it becomes a one dimensional passing offense.

Not an excuse. It is that I’ve noticed ND tends to underperform after exams. Its been the same for years.

On the 22 yard pass to MM it looked like Lenzy had beaten his man inside and was wide open.

Pyne cant complete a pass to anyone but Mayer my God. He missed a td to Lenzy and now Merriweather. He finally gets to play beat his man and Pyne missed him. Unreal

Power running produced this drive. Also opens up the pass game to Mayer. I hope Tommy sticks with this.

It puts ND in the best position to win.

They sure as hell look soft, this Stanford offense has no athletes and have moved the ball well.
