I won't disagree with your analysis of Chip but "arrogant jerk" could easily describe our Kelly.

Chip kelly would be definite upgrade. He would have ND playing for championship in 3 years (either win or be very competitive instead of just being happy to be there).

We can't get that lucky can we? Where Brian Kelly goes to Eagles and Chip Kelly comes to ND.
