I think so. It's a shame. I was praying some NFL team was dumb enough to hire him. They know he is a trash coach too. At this time next year ND will no longer have the #1 all-time winning %. But we'll still have to hear from people about how great Kelly is. Meyer and Harbore are running circles around him right now. Six years in and ND fans are applauding 10-3 like it's a national title year. Meanwhile, scUM goes 10-3 with a new regime and they're disappointed. #Sad
Michigan beat a Florida team that was going downhill fast and won't finish in the top 25. Meanwhile, ND played a team that should have been in the playoff.

Funny, when ND wins the Music City Bowl, the Pinstripe Bowl or the Sun Bowl, all you do is tell us how empty that victory is. Yet,when Michigan wins the Citrus Bowl, it is a big deal. Yet another one of your iditotic posts.

Umm..I've no clue if Rhule could succeed or not. What I know is this. He gets his team energized and playing with attitude. He has turned a door mat of a team into a respectable tough opponent in short time.
It would be no arguing he blows away our own coach in the chip on shoulder amp it up for the big game department.

When debating the constitution,most members had their own agendas. Eventually,they came to common ground. Can we not do thesame. Be happy that ND is progressing once again. It was many years before ESPN and the nation were even chatting about ND. The Irish are climbing up again. Can all here not be happy for that fact alone? Unless some have other agendas here.

Agree. It is also used as a negative recruiting tool. Most of time it's conjecture that is not of Kelly's making.

fair to point out and worth noting that Hoke in year 1 won a BCS Sugar Bowl and Harbaugh in year 1 won a January 1st Citrus Bowl while over that same period of time and in 6 years as Head Coach at ND, Brian Kelly has not won a January 1st (or better) Bowl Game. #HonestFact

Harbaugh went 12-1...won the '11 Orange Bowl, went to 3 consecutive NFC conference finals, set NFL history by being the only coach to do that his first 3 years, won the NFC and coached in the Super Bowl losing after not gaining 6 yards in the closing moments....he took over a 5-7 um team and went 10-3....and won the Citrus Bowl
Harbaugh does not suffer fools lightly regardless of their titles. He marches and continues to march to his own beat...
What will be interesting to see is how that plays out at Michigan, versus how it played out in San Francisco. The NFL coach is never going to eclipse the owner as far as power and influence goes, but Harbaugh wouldn't be the first college coach to eclipse his own school President. Though it's not that common up north, like it is at certain programs in the south. The two programs in Alabama immediately come to mind.
