2 total yards second half

1. He did diversify the run game and nothing worked
2. On what plays did Navy have 9 man overloads, cite the quarter and game clock
3. Pure nonsense, we only threw the ball 21 times.
4. More nonsense, he only missed 4 throws. Cite the 4 throws he missed for TD’s or big plays.
Use the quarter and game clock

The HC is sitting on the phones listening to everything !

And if he’s Not, he shouldn’t be a HC !
Smart guy a nine man overload is 9 in the box with an overloaded front. Geezus!

Just because a pass is completed doesn’t mean the QB missed a home run or big play.

Then you run dump offs and screens.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t any adjustment made to offset the blitz’s
But Pyne only threw 4 incompletions right? So obviously the passing game was on point.

Even the best QB’s miss receivers all of the time.

The question is, was the receiver who caught the pass the primary receiver, secondary receiver or third receiver.

The objective is to go through your progressions.

But tell us, by citing the quarter and game clock, what TD’s and big plays did he miss ?

Yes and no,

it’s irrefutable that Pyne was 17 of 21, but calling quick outs, slants and screens could have neutralized the blitzing and “your” 9 man fronts.

I’m sorry Mrs Pyne. But I’m not gonna cite the quarter and play for you. I’m preparing a game plan for an actual Football Game on Friday night. You go ahead and rewatch the “video”

That’s because you can’t cite the plays !

We had 6 possessions second half 5 if you take away the kneeling possession… walso had great field position

truly pathetic by O and D second half
ND only ran 5 plays in the 3rd quarter alone -- play #1 of the 4th was a tipped INT

That was a pathetic 2nd half display. I don't know if it was the Navy DC outwitting Rees in their chess match, lackluster effort overall by our offense, poor play by Pyne or some combination of all of those.
It was many things -- ND had 2 dumb penalties that extended Navy's 1st drive of the 2nd half (almost 10 minutes of game clock), a defensive holding foul on an ND interception in the 4th that gave Navy the ball at point blank range.
I am not sure what plays were being called, or what Pyne is seeing pre-snap. Navy was not overly disguising their pressure, but ND seemed content to continue to try and drop back and throw.

and? We had 5 possessions to try and score. 5 possessions vs navy in a half is good. We didn't even get off a field goal attempt despite having 2 drives start around the 50.
