No, you missed something there. We definitely want J Love to be playing if he can, if at all possible. I think that's all the argument is. Best player on the team, I would say. Best offensive player anyway. And of course we won't forfeit if he's unavailable, who would think of such a thing....

I need to study this thread and PSU more. I watched several Lion games. Typical BIG type football, textbook, not too much derivation, hard nosed, and usually plays their A game.

Their 2 playoff games convince me they are a legit top 10. I think a healthy ND is a legit top 5 now. But Irish injuries worry me.

For me, a lot will depend on Denbrock and RL. Some play action to open up the run game. I don't know enough to say run game focused down center or edges or option.

I guess this also depends on what works and how to adjust in the game itself?

Love at 100% is elite and a game breaker. We can only hope for the best...but so far ND seems to have the depth, with Price and Williams at this position.

Is it just me or is this an abnormal amount of injuries?

Some attack BK. I don't. And I don't pretend to be right about this or holier than thou. And I accept that some don't like BK and savage him, whereas you defend him. Each to their own, fun to discuss...but I try to be logical and honest about it.

Chase no elite talent argument and this is off the top of my head im sure im missing players.
ND defense will have around 20 kids that get drafted from defense
Mills, Cross, Morrison, X, Shuler, Bowen, Ausberry, Sneed, Young, Botehlo, Traore, Gray, Clark, Moore, KVA, Oben, Kiser, Hurd, guys like Rubio, Hinish, Jr will get looks or free agent contracts

ND offense less but around 15 guys Riley, Love, Price, Williams pretty much the whole 2 deep oline except for maybe Baker, Evans, Reardon, Faison. Guys like Collins, Greathouse will get FA looks.

So around 35-40 players NFL level players. And we dont know how many kids that are redshirting that could be added to that list.

Crap, can this team go through more?
