The Major League SEC 1-3

Chase,

Believe it or not, I don't mind your posts. They keep me grounded, help me avoid becoming too optimistic - thus my handle. That said, if you need a larger sample size, why would you ever discuss the models prior to the 4th or 5th game of the season, maybe later? And if you are saying that the last 3-5 years performance actually matters, then why would you need a larger sample size? Like many people here, I will read pretty much anything Notre Dame related, including your posts, but I like it more when they make sense, or when posters own up to potential errors. Please explain.
Sounds like when his Doctor wants a sample, Chase packs as much matter as he can muster into the tube.

Was Tyler Buchner...

He'd probably be the starting QB if he hadn't transferred. So there is that. They might have brought in a transfer anyway, but if he had patiently waited behind SH, he'd be a RS jr this season, and probably our starter. Everyone bags on him, but he never really had a chance to do anything, other than the South Carolina game and he wasn't bad at all.
He was so good in the South Carolina game that he threw not one, but two, interceptions that were returned for TDs.

Linebackers

All fair points, just think Ausberry, KVA, Kiser give us the best 3 every down options and expect to see that play out by seasons end. Sneed is the wild card- unique tools and too athletic to keep off the field
It looks like they don't trust Sneed still to be in a lot of "read the play" situations. He's more flat our rushing passer, or blitzing shooting a specific gap.
