Strength of schedule

I live down south and am hearing we have played a high school schedule, only moving up because teams ahead of us lose. I know Alabama under Saban has earned their ranking and rep but they have beaten zero currently ranked teams. They have a game against Mercer remaining. Only ranked teams they play are in conference. If our schedule is highschool then Wisconsin is little league. I would love to beat an SEC team in big game for once.

Alabama plays LSU Saturday. They will keep the score respectable to protect LSU and the sec. Plus for tv viewing ratings. I have LSU plus 24.5.

What I would say about that is the only reason teams are ranked ahead of us with the same records are becuase of stupid preseason polls, which are used to sell magazines.

Well, I live down south as well and I haven't heard anyone say that. I think as a Georgia fan the one thing ND does have over UGA is SOS. ND will have played a higher ranked schedule. Our next four games are our highest ranked teams.

Our next four opponents are 23-7 right now. Life gets no easier. Two ranked teams on the road.

It would be interesting. I think both teams have improved since then. I am not sure anyone ants ND right now, though I do think UGA and Bama's defenses have the best chance. It will take great defense to beat ND and I am not sure Ohio State or Peen State have the defense to contain ND.

I think every opponent we have left is 6-2, so that would be 24-8. I am not sure about Ga Tech they may have three losses. UK is 6-2, USCe is 6-2 and Auburn is 6-2. Eerily similar seasons we are having.

Tech has 3 losses, Tenn, Miami and Clemson. They gave the Tenn and Miami games away after leading pretty much the whole game.

Me too.... our QBs getting better, our back now knows tucking it and taking 4 yards is all he’s ever going to be asked to do (you don’t have to hit the HR every time), we have both of our WR game breakers playing (how glorious is it to have Stepherson back?) instead of just one of them and the defense is every bit the force it was against UGA except now with more experienced.

Besides, it’s hard to be a team twice in one season at any level. Bring on Georgia.
