Hat's off to Brian Kelly . His last four recruits now playing are

• Golson
• Zaire
• Kizer
• Wimbush

Dam good stuff - all players - high level players . I was e mailing some buddies earlier today I think to maintain depth at the position ND will have to incorporate a two QB system starting next season in order to keep at least two of the kids on the roster . I would not expect nor want a kid like Wimbush to sit for three years - he must play or move on for his sake . Kizer has earned his right to be the starting QB but I think some minutes will need to be shared next season .
How Zaire fits in will be one of the big stories in college football this spring . Kelly's recruiting prowess imo has or will create one of the most interesting story lines in a long time re ND football .

I'm not taking sides but it will be pure theater watching this play out .

I was thinking last night (re:red zone woes) -- why not have a package for Wimbush inside the ten... (I agree with your post and Ian Book looks like a solid citizen who can sling it.)

Great problem to have no doubt .. but i would call it more 'development' prowess than recruiting prowess. The results on the recruiting trail have been pretty inconsistent during Kelly's tenure.
