Boise and Navy will probably finish with no more than three losses each. Miami and Pitt are undefeated. NC State is good for 8-9 wins per year. 4-4 right now. Arkansas is 5-3. A&M is 7-1. Syracuse 5-2. BC is 4-4. USC 4-4 with a bunch of close losses. Just Purdue sucks. 9 power conference teams.

The schedule is lackluster, lousy you could argue.

That said, it isn’t Notre Dame’s fault that Florida St. and USC aren’t playing well, especially FSU, and Miami opted out this season for 2025.

Because it's going to be hard for everyone to play each other. You should root for it actually. Think of how many ACC teams don't play each other at the top. Miami literally avoided all of them.

Boise might take a step back because I doubt Jeanty will be there but they are still going to be a problem. The easiest game on the schedule is Purdue. I'd actually prefer ND not add Stanford to the mix. Because that schedule will be hard to go 12-0. Not impossible but hard. There are no layups at all. At least based what we figure will be improvement by already improved teams. And ND could very well go 8-4.
