That is a great point. But both Miami and Nd would be 10-2 with Miami having the head to head. If tOSU loses today and beats Whisky, Whisky would be 12-1 (assuming they beat Minn) and Whisky goes anyway.Miami would be 10-2. They missed a game

Not leaving it out Beach, just not letting that offset getting blown out at Iowa. You are leaving out a win over the fifth ranked undefeated team in Whisky is they go that far. If not Whisky is in.

Well what would you say if the committee took an 11-2 SC over a 10-2 ND? (although ND's SOS is higher now it may not be after the PAc-12 championship game.) Would you think that was a good decision?I think our chances are very slim, but it would be an interesting debate between a 10-2 ND with a tougher SOS vs a 10-2 Miami which finished with 2 losses, yet beat us by 33.

AgreeI think it would be close, but I think in both cases, they'd ultimately go with HTH, and choose Miami>ND>USC.
And what happens if South Carolina beats Clemson and then Clemson beats Miami? shouldn’t 2 losses hurt Clemson, especially since one of them is to Syracuse? And Miami would also have 2 losses, there last 2 games with one of them being against 4-7 Pitt??Bama lost. ND is out.
Mia/Clem winner is in.
Geo/Aub winner is in.
Okl/TCU winner is in.
WISC/Ohst winner is in.
Pac is out.
They want conf champs.
