Can recruits visit during playoff games?

Hot diggity dog! South Bend right around the shortest day of the year, probably cold, and nobody around. Sign me up.

It is funny that over the years, as the football season has been extended that we now consider bone-chilling cold and snowy weather to be ideal football weather. It used to be that cool, brisk Autumn was considered football weather.
I, for one, do not consider bone chilling cold good football weather.

Nor do I. I grew up in Wisconsin as a Packers fan. A friend of mine attended the Ice Bowl and suffered frostbite on his nose and ears. Said the cold was simply painful. Not for me. I'm thin and really feel the cold now that I'm in my mid-60s.

I'm a few years older than you, as my user name suggests. I have sat through more than my share of bad weather games over the years. The 1991 Navy game and 2013 BYU game stand out as being particularly cold. The 1987 game against PSU in State College was even worse. I'm not inclined to do that any more.
