With the obvious talent of Mayer and emergence of Tremble this year, will this be the best TE duo in ND history next season? In my opinion it's a very complimentary tandem with Mayer (big, strong, and fast - the next high round draft pick TE) and Tremble (outstanding blocker and matchup nightmare). What are your thoughts?

Not looking ahead (just beat BC), but damn that position group remains in great shape.

South Bend Tribune reports Irish Hockey team opens at home against Wisconsin on November 13-14. They play at Michigan Nov. 27-28.

December series are at home against Arizona State, Ohio State and Michigan State.

Presumably the home games will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network. Games may also be seen on Big 10 Network.

Who is the most overrated? Flutie had a few great plays while at no-name BC but then Dungy rode Monty Kiffin’s coattails and Peyton’s arm to a Super Bowl championship. Who ya got??

And this is something “reasonable”. Like something that can do be done. So no “book through 10 80 yard td passes.

I will say that Clemson will load the box so I think if book can hit on a few play action passes early, that will loosen the defense up
