Cool thanks for the scouting reportHe's not going to be close to as good as his son. He looked average at elite 11. He doesn't have great tangibles imo
He's not overly big or athletic or have a cannon. I think he'll be good not great
His recruiting kind of stinks. We'll see how he looks without his son. That will be the big test for himHe's building up a really nice resume really quickly:
- Developed two likely top 10 NFL draft picks (Sanders & Hunter)
- Turned around a program ranked in the 120s in F+ before he got there into a top 30 team in less than 2 seasons.
- Might win a big 12 title this year and make the playoff.
- Has pulled in several top 10 overall prospects in back to back to back classes (Travis Hunter, the OT they signed last year, Cormani McClain the year prior) and there are rumors of more coming in this class.
The big 10 has the best 1 loss team - Ohio State.Better than Ole Miss? that could be open soon. Florida, Bama, Michigan,USC, Oklahoma.
The SEC has the best 1-loss team and the two best 2-loss teams, see both polls and computers. All of those won good out of conference matchups early in the year. That is why the #5 seed is valuable and why it sucks that it is probably going to the loser of the BUGCG . The 5th seed will likely play Boise at home and then the Big12 champion (fringe top 20 Arizona St?) in the next round; dodging the strong SEC teams.
He's building up a really nice resume really quickly:This can't be accurate. All the football prodigies on the board said Prime would suck at Colorado and never recruit top tier players.
You follow me around in every topic I make calling me a troll and trying to rally the community to ignore me but every time I see one of your posts you're replicating a point I've made after I make it.Lane Kiffin is benefiting from the portal.
Thats great information for the C Buffs message board. Why dont you head over and stay there. Im sure they'd love to have you.Julian Lewis to Colorado: How good is the 5-star QB? What does it mean for Deion Sanders?
Days after decommitting from USC, the No. 2 QB in the class has picked the Buffs. It's a big boost for Sanders and Colorado.www.espn.com
That near win to the defacto #1 team in the country (USC) back in 2005 under Charlie Weis still might be the best "win" ND has had in the last 20 years. It was not meant that CW started 10-0, but the mainly contract extension after 9-10 games in year 1 -- could have phrased that better

Name a job that will be open soon that is a step up for Lane Kiffin that is a better job than Mississippi, a place where he recruits well, especially the transfer portal, and who is paying him amongst the top 10 head coaches in CFB?

ESPN will never argue that though. I should have said unless Alabama or Georgia are conference champs they won't jump an 11-1 ND.
Lots of teams benefit from the portal, Notre Dame included. I just don't believe you can utilize the portal as the foundation of your team year in and year out and have sustained success.Lane Kiffin is benefiting from the portal.
Lane Kiffin is benefiting from the portal.I don't know how many years you can build your team through the portal. Fla St. was very successful last year utilizing it but you almost have to hit on every player because they're likely short term players. Adding to a solid roster built through recruiting with portal players in specific areas of need is ideal. I just don't think you can do it in large numbers year after year. Hard to establish a culture that way in my opinion.
