3 Schools in college football open their 2015 seasons by playing three consecutive games against opponents from "Power 5" conferences. Notre Dame is one of them, along with South Carolina and Texas-San Antonio. The Irish hosted Texas (Big XII) last week, and now face Virginia (ACC) and Georgia Tech (ACC).

Who said ND's schedule is weak?

The strawman.

The schedule is kind of weak. Texas is not very good so we cannot base anything on this win when it comes to GT & USC. Stanford may not even be ranked when we play them.

Whatever weakness there is in ND schedule is not ND's fault. Who could predict the fall of Texes.

The schedule isn't weak at all

3-4 Ranked Teams (USC, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Stanford)
9 Power 5 Team (USC, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Stanford, Texas, Virginia, Pittsburgh, Boston College, Wake Forest)
0 FCS Teams

That's at least "above average" as far as schedules go, and is closer to Top20 than it is to 50th

Is Stanford still ranked?

Why not say 11 ranked teams. Never know the rankings at the end of the season. LOL.

I based it on teams that we're expected to be ranked, obviously.

That would be like saying Oregon isn't a Top10 level opponent on the schedule because the lose to MSU tonight and drop to 12th for a couple weeks

You're trolling is both incredibly obvious and impressively stupid

Keep on keepin on!
