Its not the loss. Its the beatdown that bothers me.
If we win out 10-2 and make it to a New Years Six bowl only to get exposed like this again or in past major bowls than there has to be some concern because that has become a trend. ND just doesn't seem talented enough to compete with top level competition.
How is Stanford an automatic win? Kelly has never won at Stanford. I guarantee you S wins.
It's been a better season than I thought it would of been in September , and the majority of players (Starters) are coming back

10-2 is not guaranteed. 9-3 isn't either. The second half of WF was a big fat red flag. The coaches and players post game interviews will be useless because it will be a steady diet of coach speak and player cliches'. Everyone will say that they can't really comment until they look at the film. What else can they say?

Miami played like a team on a mission. ND played with no passion. Kudos to the hurricanes. They kicked ass. ND needs to regroup. 2 games left, but nothing really to play for except pride. ND is a good team. They had a bad game. It happens. Look at Georgia, look at Ohio State last week. Look at Michigan against Penn state. I'm not happy. But what can you do? So hopefully they can win the next 2 and win a major bowl. Go Irish!!
at the beginning of the season I thought no way in heck My Irish would have been ranked 3rd in the country and 8-1 record. this game tonight was a disappointment. BUT for what this team has accomplished so far this season. I was wrong. I thought we would be looking at a 6 win record if we were lucky with a new starting qb who hardly played. and a D that lost some of it's leaders from last yr.
