Both Brian and Chip Kelly seem to have solid job security but right under the surface there seems to be things that could end their future with their current teams. Chip had yet another former player insinuate that he has a problem relating with African-American players. (Doesnt make it true but perception doesnt have to be true) The moves of trading for Bradford and getting rid of McCoy has made a lot of people question those moves. I dont know if he survives if he misses the playoffs.
Brian Kelly has without a doubt his deepest and most veteran team. He has had 5 years to implement his program. While Swarbrick has given him a vote of confidence it's not a secret they have butted heads over the years. A 3-4 start which isnt to hard to imagine given the 1st 7 games and things could go south really fast. Id say Chip is in more peril as of now but Brian isnt to far behind.
