our irish are having a great fall sports year without the football team

I know you all are down on the football team and you should be but if you want to feel better then check out some of our other fall sports teams as they are having great seasons so far. our sixth ranked irish hockey team just split a two game series with fourth ranked Minnesota deluth and look like they could win hockey east this year before moving to the big ten next year and our soccer teams are highly ranked and playing well. our wbb team is expected to be preseason #1 when the season starts at the beginning of nov. our mbb team could be very good this year also

ND no longer has a find hockey team. Did they ever?

I'm a big fan of EVERYTHING Notre Dame ... follow (not necessarily watch) all of their sports, enjoy reading about students' academic and service successes, their faculty research, etc, etc.

This fall, both the men's and women's soccer teams are doing very well. So is the women's volleyball team.

I think ND does have field hockey though ... as an intramural sport.

BTW ... speaking of intramural, have any of you guys watched any ND interhall football? Some of their teams ain't bad. The guys play with a lot of passion.

The interhall teams? I think they do. Some of them are students, some of them used to be hall priests.
