Probably. Remember after the Texas loss, Kelly said the team didn't do much live tackling during the preseason. It shows.

This entire team can't tackle. It's been that way for 2 years now. Morgan and Coney are probably the best but after that it's all bad.

MSU is a fundamentally better football team. They have a better pass rush , better coverage , better tackling and make fewer mistakes. Better coached and better prepared. I have no idea why ND was favored by eight.
