Redfield has over run a play about a handful of times now. Ga. Tech has nothing on navy's triple option. They just look so much smoother at it

Horrid tackling. Everybody is going high and it is not working. Also to many players over running their responsibility. They go right past the hole. Need to stop fill the hole and then knock the hell out of the ball carrier.

Stupid trick play bailed out by navy. And the offensive line is just not playing well at all! Huge advantage and we continue to do stupid crap and get beat for sacks! Clean up the crap

The game has a very slow pace. I think this mutual respect thing, while honorable, has drained the energy. Add to it the inability of Kizer to run the read option, and this is a really boring game so far.

Not sure what was going on with Max. Was expecting much more from him today.

I am not anti-Kelly like some posters. I think he is generally a good coach, but if he were a really good coach, he would have his team prepared today and he does not. This has been typical throughout his career at ND. Don't tell me about players not executing. Sure that is part of it, but Kelly's play calling sometimes just baffles me.

What most of us with questions note is that if he were a 'great' coach wouldn't we know it by now?

pass plays at or behind the LOS; we have seen these plays for 5+ seasons; that tells me who is calling the final decision on plays!

The defense is really poor. Schmidt misses a tackle on the big run and then once Tillery goes out we've got nobody inside to stop the fullback.
