From what I have read, he is a top quality hire. He excelled at coaching up newbies when he took over at Cincinnati in 2017 or so. He played for BK at Cincinnati.
We have a lot of newbies on this team. Only Crawford and Bracy have any real experience. He needs to coach up Rutherford, Wallace, Lewis, Offord and Hernandez pronto. Many are saying Watt as well.
