I watched UM some today when I was at the gym, they’re giving ND a run for their money. Great defensive play, good rushing attack, and zero intermediate/downfield passing.

This is the mentality that keeps the ND football program as a 2nd or 3rd tier team.
"just win" works against the ACC and the other trash on NDs schedule, but you are not going to come ANYWHERE NEAR a win playing like this against the top 5 teams in the country
Having no passing game against Louisville and being in a 50-50 type game against them is not going to play vs elite teams that are gatekeepers for a national title.

I have heard Urban Meyer TWICE this year talk about how shameful it is that ND can not develop any of their own QBs and hasn’t for years.
