Against Navy we usually get 6 or 7 possessions the entire game. Assuming Navy scores 1 in the first half, and late in the game against back ups, ND would have to score TDs on 5 if their 6 possessions. So 21 is a pretty good number given that ND might be a little bit flat.

TX has it....ball control limits touches which limits score typically. Last two games (Cinci and Temple) was 7 or 10 pts delta in score
