I think angelli is the best of both worlds as far as best qb blend.
We stretch the field with angelli.
And he has some wiggle when he has to run.
. Just my opinion.
Shoot. I forgot. He can snap, play holder, kicks a mean onside kick, fills up the cooler and paints your back porch!
Angeli with more touchdown passes than Leonard will have all year.

Clearly Northern Illinois is a better team then Purdue, but there is no reason we should not have been doing a fair amount of this last week.

RBs showed their talent, OL allowed Leonard to run his game, Angelli looked sharp, defense and backups played with speed
Only downside are the injuries. Most worried about Botelho.

He's struggled/shit the bed passing in 2.5 games and has an L to NIU...BS Saban would've pulled his ASS against NIU!!
Not really sure why Freeman should not seriously look at starting Angeli next week. if he is not, then that is another mark of a mediocre coach
The staff is literally doing a disservice to the team, the school, and the fans, by trotting out leonard over Angeli.
Because Leonard is the better QB for this team. If he struggles next week, then we can have that conversation. As of now, it's not even being talked about by the coaches
