I have a close first half, but Alabama pulling away in the second as they wear down the Clemson D. Much to the chagrin of my business partner.

I'm pulling for Clemson. But......I think Bama will win. It will be close early but by the third quarter their defense clamps down. Bama 31 Clemson 21.

Defense wins...............but both have their strengths. I would take Bama and 7 but have to go with Clemson straight up. Having said that it all depends on the health of Deshaun Watson. If he is injured Bama wins.
