Thank Father Junkins and Swarbrick for not appealing the ridiculous punishment. They just said we will accept the decision. The funny thing is , the supposed violations were self reported. It really does make you mad when you know all the underhanded things other schools do and get away with it


Correction : I was an incorrect in that the vacated wins penalty was appealed by the ND administration, specifically Fr Jenkins. I’m wrong and I own it.

Seriously. Vacated wins for a student helping other students cheat by doing some of their class work for them, who happened to be on the football team. Like that doesn't happen at every school. It's laughable.

He agreed to whatever the NCAA decided, prior to the initiation of the investigation

Who agrees to a verdict before the trial ?

And then, the university failed to contest the NCAA ruling in the courts

Father Jenkins and only father Jenkins is responsible for the vacating of all those games
