duh? great coaching?
all Kelly's QB's have problems!
every game you post as if you want this to be DK's fault! maybe better coaching of technique would help!
there is no question he is raw and needs work; but he is very talented!
and where the hell did TE U go? Does Kelly know there are 11 offensive positions? 1 is TE!
He is overrated. Very erratic. Definitely not a first round pick. He has a long way to go for that. There is plenty to blame Kelly for , but Kizer is simply not that good.
Kizer had the same problem last season, but his uncanny accuracy on long throws to Fuller made him a star. Many of us wrote last year that he was slow with his progressions, stared down his receivers, made poor short throws, made poor red zone decisions, etc... all areas where he was expected to show marked improvement this year. He hasn't, and he doesn't have Fuller.
Exactly...couldn't overthrow fuller, and teams left middle wide open last year. Kizer is extremely inconsistent and is hurting what could be an awesome offense, problem is Zaire is worse after injuries.
I had the sense he is throwing downward too much so his throws get low when reaching the receiver; less of a problem when he arcs the ball for a longer throw.
Poor coaching leads to poor play. Kizer will be one of the top 3 qb's taken in the NFL draft because scouts see how good he is with Kelly's coaching and think how much better he will get with a real coach.
