How upset are ND fans won't get a shot at a Harbaugh led Michigan team?

I do miss The Michigan games and hope we have some home and home series in the future. Don't want a permanent annual affair as there are too many other great programs that I want to see ND play. Michigan will have their hands full with OSU and Mich St and Penn State, and suspect many fans are happy to schedule a few can't lose games instead of ND. Have two UM grads as friends out here in Calif and they dearly miss the ND series.

I'm pretty sure somewhere down the road ND and Michigan will meet again. It's sort of like a rock band that breaks up. A break was needed but when the audience was calling for a reunion tour , the band with all their differences, simply couldn't pass up the chance to play together again.

Michigan doesn't play for NC's because they play for the Big title = MAC Football - "0 for Bo" who is the JoePa of Michigan was a loser who never sniffed a NC and this was the true Michigan Man. 31-0 will haunt them forever.

I want Michigan back on the field ASAP. The core of Michigan, USC, and Navy should have never been fooled with. Harbaugh will be great for the Wolverine program. At least for a while. Maybe he will wear thin on everyone sooner or later but for now.....enjoy the ride.

Michigan has to figure a way to beat mighty Rutgers before they can be taken seriously
Before you start flexing your muscles, take into account USF, UConn, a miserable Cuse team, Northwestern, Tulsa, Navy, AF, Navy again, and a real close call against a very bad SDST team.

If Jimmy H can hang on long enough, he will get a shot at ND. There will be games in the future. Until then, Ara64's post says it all.

Irish Jack is ignorant. You responded to the OP's trolling. Now you're changing the subject. scUM fan is in here talking junk. I don't see any ND fans bragging. It's a good point about how they have to beat RU before they can bump their gums anywhere on the rivals boards.

New guy calling posters out? WOW!

You guys are missing Bubba's M.O.

He will post something to rile up the natives, and then not post in it again. He will do it every time. And those that can get lured into the thread just make it sweeter to him.

He posts here because we banned him for his BS on the other board. So this is all he has now. If you don't bite. Or once he starts trolling and being a d-bag here, just report him. Then he is powerless and goes away.

Sorry, but I am not obsessed with who is trolling and who is legit. I thought the discussion afterwards by Irish fans was good. Quite frankly, we shifted the original discussion away from its intent and made it our own by having a chat about the ND / Michigan series. Nothing wrong with that. Then, here comes the drama of trolls again and screwed up a nice discussion among us Irish fans. Way too much drama from grown adults about this dual identity stuff and trolls. I say score one for our side in this thread.

I'm fine with not playing Michigan. I would be fine with playing Michigan. My only concern is that, if we do not play Michigan, we play another traditionally top program. We have Texas this year and next, and then a home and home with UGA coming up. So far, so good.

Not to mention Ohio State, and Michigan State

As far as I am concerned, we should never have scheduled Ohio St. The hooligans that pass for their fan base are an abomination to the game.

Wins against them could easily translate well onto the recruiting world though. Ohio State in the last decade has been one of the biggest opponents for ND on the recruiting train in the midwest.
