Folston out for the year

Should wait until we have facts for this kind of thing.

Prayers that it is something minor. Hate to see these kids take big injuries

I'm thinking its a real possibility. Innocuous looking play, "emotions on the sideline", he can walk but not well..... I'm more than a little concerned. I tore my meniscus doing much less. (Of course, I'm older....)

You can walk with ACL but your stability is shot .... knee can just give out while standing up

For our South Bend posters... news break on this yet or rumors from the sideline?

Not walking like that with a serious hammy injury, or a cramp.

Now he's on crutches. Didn't look painful - that's structural...

Let's wait for the MRI, but it sure looks like an ACL. Feel awful for the kid. Certainly will have case for medical redshirt

That's my prediction.

Folston was in great shape and strong 'like bull'; but these kids in HS who are RB's that want to come in and start and get prime time carries should pay attention.

One play is all it takes, to get injured. Kids should look at teams that don't use the workhorse RB; ND should be a place young RB's want to be so as to not leave their career carries in college.
The Pitt kid Lewis comes to mind! UGA / Bama are teams that wear the career out of backs.
Come to ND!
