Seems like every 5-7 years I get sucked back into thinking we have a shot at winning something but this game just shows how embarrassing Notre Dame football has become. Man I just wanted to see a competitive game but it’s not close. Yeah we can beat average teams & get lucky against some above average teams, but when it comes to playing programs with top 5 recruiting classes we have little chance. Just face it, 30 yrs & counting since our last title says it all. Kelly & the other coaches did their best but the Administration could hire Saban tomorrow & he wouldn’t win a title.
