Agree with everything except #2. I'd rather CJ get some spells and let the frosh get some carries. They get some experience and CJ takes less punishment.

He's at 922 so that would be 578 ish. I think he comes in around 1350 or so maybe 1450.

1. True - Stanford will come in with only 1 loss and the only game I see ND slipping up on is against Pitt. For some reason ND always has a close game with Pitt and it is an away game.

True -- Stanford is rolling and ND should handle all comers.

False -- He'll come up just short. We are headed into the part of the schedule where they are stout against the run (BC, Stanford, Pitt) and the easier games will feature more Adams and Williams than CJ.

True -- and with a group of maturing/talented LBs (finally!) it'll be his best defense yet.

True -- they both have favorable matchups the next couple weeks

C. Rob -- He's the redzone target. Kizer seems to go to Brown on 3rd down.

Favorable matchups? Temple is on the road at East Carolina tomorrow night and the Owls are a 3-point underdog. ECU can score at will and they will be jacked up for primetime Espn knowing the Owls are undefeated. That's not a favorable matchup.

I have a bad feeling that Temple loses tonight to E Carolina and takes the luster off of our game next week.
