A lot of really good kids played their hearts out in this game, and many of them for the last time in an ND uniform, and this is the best you can muster. SAD!

I agree, but where are all those guys who said that this game was meaningless ?

It sure wasn’t meaningless to the guys on the field and to the coaches on the sidelines and in the boxes. !

Great win. Despite the two pick 6s, they battled back and won. Buchner had an up and down game, but he ended on an up note by leading the game winning drive. Go Irish!!

The defense looks like shot just like they did vs USC. Needs a change in leadership asap.

defense gave up 17 points, basically, against a team that scored 61 on Tennessee and 31 on Clemson the two previous games. Rattler had 800 yards and 8 TDs in those 2 games. QB rating for Rattler was 118 in this game, compared to 148 against Clemson and 234 against Tennessee.

3 sacks, 9 TFL, 8 QB hits, and an INT.

65 yards rushing for the game, 80 yards of offense in the second half, including the final drive.

And the guy at USC won the Heisman.

The defense is fine.
