Of course. The two others, that you are ignoring, would have led to big gains or a TD. So we can play the “what if” game as well. In fact, 2 of the potential longer passes to Navy WRs were badly under thrown because ND hit the Navy QB as he was throwing.
Neither of those plays were changing the game or the score in any substantial way.
