Will the three new receivers obtained through the portal

Hard to have evidence until they play of course, but at some point in life Marino stepped on the field for the first time and was pretty dang good.

So what do we have? We have his rating, 5 star by 247. He was rated as the 5th best QB in the country. He has good size at 6-3, he graded out as a 5 star in his competitions. He was offered by almost all SEC and B10 schools including GA, Bama, Michigan, PSU, Miami and LSU. He finished 5th at the elite 11 and he tied for first in pure passing.

I don't know what more we really can say about the kid, in the BG game as a Frosh he looked pretty damn good.

If your not going to play someone with this pedigree, you should probably move on and just go portal every year. He by far is the most talented QB we have and have had for some time if you go by the services.
We're going to have an open competition among the returning QBs. You know what's worse than going to the portal every year? Preordaining a starting QB based on his HS credentials.

When thirty (30) plus players

They’re the ruling body, they make the rules.

Lawsuits are just part of every day business, if you structure the rules prudently you’ll survive the lawsuits
I don’t know what a NIL contract looks like, whether they’re uniform or unique to each university. But in the absence of the ruling body “ruling”, I wonder if individual conferences will independently start taking steps. On its face value, looks to me that these contracts can have a standard non compete clause. These are not binding in all States, California for example.

What evidence do you possess that definitively states CJ Carr will be a top QB in CFB next season

F+ thinks Miami has the best offense in the country

Do you ever have an original thought of your own? Football games are played on the field; not on paper. Just FYI.

For your information (and that of F+), the ACC sucks this year as evidenced by their 1-7 record in bowl games thus far. Perhaps that's why Ward's numbers are so gaudy.
These numbers are already adjusted for opponent quality

Can Jagusah work his way into the lineup?

Simply doesn’t

It really is apples and oranges. Moving from d line to o line happens far more more frequently. I had a teammate at MSU who made the switch from d tackle to guard. Two totally different skill sets. From a physical standpoint sure but it's so much more than that especially with a guy who has been an offensive lineman since he started playing football. A quality d lineman has excellent short space quickness and agility. Hand techniques are vastly different also. Not saying it can't be done but it's highly unlikely they would even try unless that o lineman had shown a lot of d lineman skill and potential in high school.
Good stuff Echo.
The only guy I see who may fit the mold is Amil Wagner. He kinda looks like a D lineman
Jmo.

They are tied 14-14 with Iowa State but Miami's QB Cam Ward is doing surgery on their defense.
