I would say Paul Chryst. .790 winning percentage while at Wisconsin without the benefit of a great recruiting base (yearly average around 28th best). Seems like a genuinely nice guy as well, which is rare in the college football world.

I don't think ND teams are prepared for the big games as BK pretends they are. That is a pattern of coaching or the lack of it.
