I would run the triple option. Malik Z with T, Foston going inside and CJ Procise going outside and Will Fuller running a post pattern. If I were coach I would run that play 90% of the time.
MZ to Sheldon Day up the middle as the blocking FB. Load up on TE's and see what happens when all that comes downhill
