This weekend may be the intro to KizWim for the HT! j/k

But it may be a tandem effort that fans will see for a few years.

Anyone remember the duo of King Hill and Frank Ryan ? (hint: get in the way back machine)

Yes. Wasn't Hill the starter. Didn't he win the Heismann?

UMASS is a surprisingly good team this year. However, they are no match for the talent of the Irish. That said, my thoughts are that BK challenges his first teamers to put this game away early to build depth for the second/third teamers.

King Hill, the triple-threat architect of arguably the most storied football upset ever scored on Houston soil....

Hill scored the tying touchdown and kicked the winning extra point when Rice ended No. 1 Texas A&M's 19-game winning streak at Rice Stadium with a 7-6 victory on Nov. 16, 1957. What a lot of people may not remember is that, playing safety, Hill made two interceptions and the game-saving, fourth-quarter tackle.

With Rice nursing a one-point lead, only Hill stood between John David Crow, the Aggies' Heisman-Trophy-winning running back, and the end zone. Hill dragged him down, and the Rice defense held.
