Oklahoma vs. Tennessee - I like Oklahoma in this one, even on the road. Oklahoma only scored a field goal in its first six offensive possessions against Akron, but Tennessee gave up 30 to Bowling Green. OU by 6.
Arizona vs Nevada - Arizona won't have All-American linebacker Scooby Wright, and Nevada has a nice running game. This is my upset pick. 34 - 27, Nevada.
Oregon vs. MSU - I like Oregon for the same reasons I liked them last year - faster, more explosive and more elite athletes. Now MSU has to show they can continue the defensive success without their previous D-Coordinator. I don't think they will. Oregon 41- 31.
LSU vs. MSU - Game is called due to lightning. Just kidding. LSU hasn't played a game yet this season for that very reason. Dak Prescott wills Mississippi State a win at home, and people figure out that LSU doesn't belong in the Top 25. MSU wins 24 - 13.
Boise St. vs BYU - BYU starts a freshman qb. One or two mistakes too many probably costs them the game. Boise by a field goal.
Oregon St vs Michigan - This looks like it could be tougher for Michigan than thought earlier in the year. Oregon St. looked good, especially on D, in their opener. Michigan didn't look so great, but against better competition. This one is going to be really close. Michigan by a field goal, but I wouldn't be surprised if they lose by two touchdowns. They just aren't much better than last year's squad.
