I love the Bible quotes when a point needs to be driven home. It doesn't make the point any more correct but it does look more distinguished. And who said those who disgraced our returning troops have all been forgiven? Many many vets are still angry with Jane Fonda. Ali's past is his past and it can never be erased no matter how much they try. He did take a softer side in the 1980s but his rhetoric before that was brutal.
if trump really wants to bring jobs back shouldn't he start with some of his own companies ? i'm not voting for either of the presumptive nominees. i could care less about PC. i d like to be able to vote for a candidate because that candidate offers the possibility of making my country better. i don't want to vote for a candidate strictly because i believe the other one is worse. over 300 million people in this country and instead of picking between two solid, qualified candidates we are forced to choose between what one perceives as the best of the worst. no thanks.
Many seem to be having the same approach. Let us hope the result is not even worse than the candidates seem to be currently.

Good point. When it comes to character if the thought of Trump makes him physically ill then the thought of Hillary has to make him think of cliff jumping or sky diving without a chute.

I am going antiestablishment all the way my fellow Irish fan. I have been behind Trump from the start. No more rinos like McCain or Romney. I just feel differently than the people who are antiTrump. Trump is unconventional and not a career politician, but he is still part of the establishment. Just consider the connections he has to different facets of influential people. He is just more of an ass than most establishment types.

I don't understand how someone can support Trump, who hasn't been a Republican for very long, and at the same time criticize the last two candidates for being "RINOs".
In recent history there has never been a more outright bigot or one who belittles women, people with disabilities and the poor more than Trump. Additionally, he has no sense of history, no sea legs for politics and lacks the common sense any person needs to deal with even the most simple issues facing America. He has no plan, simply rhetoric, bluster and bragging that seems unjustified when you look at his long list of failures.

Pennick, Have you reviewed his business failures, his bankruptcies, the 3500 times he has been sued? If you were given a million at 21 and a head start because your father was New Yorks biggest slum lord and then over 100 million when your old man died, you might also be more than an internet troll.

he is no more of a republican than i am. he took the path of least resistance. he loved the clintons when they were in power because it benefited him. anyone who thinks he genuinely cares about the well being of the american people is foolish. all he cares about is the man in the mirror and how much power he can amass.
He has 3-4 bankruptcies causing the loss of money and jobs. Any building he has done creates short-term jobs through a small business person, the contractor. Independent of building, none of his companies do well: Trump University, Trump airline, Trump beverages along with others. He is little other than a business person who contracts work from others, but directs little else. He may be successful enough, but nowhere near incredible.
