OSU RB/WR made some clutch catches to move the chains

With the score 14-10 the Irish D forced Stroud out of the pocket a few times only to make clutch catches to move the chains. This game was much closer than the naysayers want to admit. I think this team "gets right" with Marshall this week.

p.s. Tommy open the playbook and don't have the mentality we can impose our will. Throw the d*mn ball downfield.

Ya the corners had perfect coverage on a lot of those. Secondary was the biggest positive surprise of the game, if they can cover like that all season most teams aren’t going to complete those passes

I agree. Some of those passes and catches I was just shaking my head. Luck? Talent? A combo of both?

and one of those chain moving passes was dropped..quick replay before OSU was called for early movement showed the OSU receiver trapped the ball..of course the OSU er...national TV announcers skipped over it

I think they drilled to Buch (you don’t have to win this, stay in your lane).

As the season unfolds and he gains reputation with Tobias, Styles, Mayer and Tyree that should be us when needed as well.
