Iowa being in there is a joke. OU jumping from 7 to 3 is a travesty. They beat TCU by one and TCU did not have their QB or best WR. Oh well just beat the living shit out of Stanford and hope for the best.
Guys. Our squad looked like hot messes against 2 really bad teams. The committee has to evaluate that and not just give the benefit of the doubt.
Might be a blessing in disguise for Saturday . Now the Irish have something to prove rather than be a scalp for someone else .

Like several said its hard to argue with the way we have played. If they take care of business the last week I still like their chances. The attitude needs to change however. It can't be just win. Itneeds to be an impressive win. Have not played like that for a while so that is what worries me. I have not seen that killer attitude for a while.
I think the B1G is getting too much respect, and Oklahoma is getting way too much respect too. Michigan St. does deserve their ranking, but that being said I'm a Penn St. and Nebraska fan this weekend.
The committee got it right with respects to ND. Overall I'm still happy with the season let's not complain about top 4 spots we're splitting hairs. Beat Stanford an we have a great argument to get in.

tried to tell you guys ( weeks ago!) Oklahoma was the threat! now, Iowa will lose and it comes down to being more impressive than MSU. If tOSU wins out and OSU upsets Ok. while the Irish impress, then ND gets a look!

B10 is getting a team in. Need OU to lose this weekend. Or Iowa loses to Nebraska then beats MSU in champ game? Still think that B10 winner would get in though.
ND deserved to drop. I believe the committee has to look at the last two trainwrecks (games). Plus, the injuries continue to pile up. This late in the season, if you're a contender, you should be putting away the Wakes and BC's. You should be a well oiled machine by now. You have to ask yourself, be honest and unbiased. If ND played anyone in the top 4, would they beat them?
Iowa is a joke Oklahoma will loose to OKST but MSU will get in. We need Iowa to lose then beat MSU in big ten championship. But the big thing is if Clemson goes down and So do Oklahoma then what?
The committee is a joke. It's no better than any of the previous systems. And the national champ is definitely NOT settled on the field. It's just a joke.

I'm here rooting for you. How cool would it be to own a 2 game winning against a playoff team? I even have a family member on your team (you're gonna say I'm a liar but it's true). I'm just calling a spade a spade and a club a club. We beat you and when your best win is against Navy, you don't belong in a playoff. Losing to Clemson doesn't give you any points in my book.
Notre dame made a terrible choice with the ACC deal. You played BC, Gtech, Virginia, and Wake Forest. They're all are gonna miss a bowl game. Add in Texas being bad and not being a bowl team, UMass being on the schedule, and not having a conference title game and you don't belong.

4. ND or OK

I get the "we got what we deserved for not playing well against bad opponents" argument, but the committee had a chance to make that kind of statement a couple of weeks ago when OK St. had to come from behind by double digits against a bad ISU team, and when Iowa just barely beat a bad U of Minn team. Add in all of MSU's ugly wins and OSU's unimpressive wins, why is the committee picking this week to suddenly say style points matter? And all this OU hype when they came very close to losing to a TCU team that was missing many starters including their 2 best players, one of which was their QB, and their best win was also against a team that was missing its starting QB... they don't deserve the hype they are getting. At the very least people should put their recent wins in perspective by pointing out that the TCU and Baylor teams they faced were far from what each team was at the beginning of the year.
At the start of the 4th qrt at Virginia, I felt like ND was a 7-5 team. I'm very happy and surprised that they've won 10 games. I can't imagine how hard it is to lose your top 2 QB, 2 RB's (now 3) TE and NT and still win 10 games. Brian Kelly's the coach of the year.

Are we talking about a football game or a paintball match? Navy would own us in paint ball. In football, I like the matchup. We're the #18 rush defense in the country. We just held Wisconsin, I repeat Wisconsin, to -26 rushing yards. Navy rushes every play. Oh my bad, you meant Navy would work on punting all day. I agree they would punt a lot.

Falling on deaf ears bro. B10 has defending NC in OSU, a 2 time top 5 team in MSU and 4 teams currently rated in Top 10. The ACC on the other hand is a dumpster fire. FSU is the only reliable top 10 team and Clemson has made a nice charge. The rest is crap. Louisville may be the next best. When your best win is LITERALLY Navy how in the world do you have the audacity to belittle anybody else's schedule? MSU has 3 wins better than any one of ND's. Good luck in the Fiesta Bowl vs Baylor!
