Giving up big plays doesn't bode well for this defense. The pressure on the quarterback has been nil......the D backs are giving up too much space and basically playing prevent. Maybe the USC O line is better than advertised...but they are giving that quarterback all the time he needs back there.
Need to take the 2nd half kickoff and march down the field and score!

Those teams actually have played & beaten good teams throughout the season though .. ND hasn't played anybody with a pulse since Louisville

MF needs to get the team focused. Get Debrock to call a better game. I don't get why Love and Price don't see more of the ball. Too much RL legs.

Yes… it’s not that they’re overattes they’re just not playing as good as you’d like going into playoffs… thought nd was climbing, first half major setback
Triple option teams like Army are hard to get a read on/rate in this advanced ranking systems .. the other teams ND has beaten since Louisville are all back end P4 teams to worse than that.
USC is proving tough. As others pointed out, they've lost by < 1 TD all season. Plus ND is getting unlucky and having some jitters.

You thought Army and Navy were going to be tough games. I called those blowouts. Both Army and Navy were paper champions, they played the equivalent of an FCS schedule.
USC has talent on par with ND. Despite their record, this was going to be a tough game for two reasons. 1. USC has a talented team and 2. It's a rivalry game.
Oline just having whiff issues, but getting good holes when they don’t whiff

Im just saying USC made ND look really ordinary in 2 quarters. Im expecting the defense to clamp down and show why ND is considered a #5 team in the country....but if this is a dogfight game its going to raise legitimate questions about this team and it being overrated due to a poor schedule
