NCAA changes transfer portal rules for players entering portal a 2nd time

Surprised.
“Mental Health” concerns will be the tactic they’ll use. In todays society it’s all about mental health and who is to say one someone else’s mental health concerns really are?

NCAA “son, if you transfer a second time you’ll have to sit for an entire season.”

Player “but it’s not because of playing time, it’s my mental health.”

NCAA “ok then, play away!”

It's their out when someone plays the race card.

More bullshit

Sure it's not a legal argument, but it's what would happen. NCAA is afraid of litigation, too many losses in recent years.
I would think that participating schools would contribute toward the legal costs
