Let's go! Once they have decided to leave, probably best to move on without them.Maybe we can bring back James, Flores, or Tobias…..
Because Wisconsin is know for its WR’s, what Iowa’s WR’s coach wasn’t available?Maybe we can bring back James, Flores, or Tobias…..
He was at Cincy. He was only at Wisconsin for 1 yearBecause Wisconsin is know for its WR’s, what Iowa’s WR’s coach wasn’t available?
If ND needs Duke’s QB to save them, 24 might already be lost. This is all about freeman hiring his guy… not sure if it’s a good hire or not
2024 is make or break for freeman.
Need Leonard, 2 good portal wrs, and to figure out who owns this offense
Pretty sure the program will survive without you.If ND needs Duke’s QB to save them, 24 might already be lost.
Why would they come back for a wisky run based coach. Very exciting, notMaybe we can bring back James, Flores, or Tobias…..
Do some research. He has only been at Wiscy for 1 year. Stop being so miserable. Why would they come back for a wisky run based coach. Very exciting, not
Wisconsin oc is Phil longo who runs air raid and had very prolific passing offenses at UNC.Why would they come back for a wisky run based coach. Very exciting, not
I’m not sure if Brown was considered a hot candidate but Fickell kept adding to his responsibilities so he obviously liked what he was doing. For those unimpressed who are the "hot" wr coaches out there wanting to come to ND?
I guess I agree. I’m just disappointed that Flores left. He played hard, he played w great energy, and it genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his time at ND.Let's go! Once they have decided to leave, probably best to move on without them.
I’ve heard “Brian Hartline” from several fellow Domers for two years now.For those unimpressed who are the "hot" wr coaches out there wanting to come to ND?
2024 WR Cam Williams was quoted and disagrees with you quite a bit. What a very underwhelming hire.
What a very underwhelming hire.
I agree about Flores but apparently he has been looking around for a while.I guess I agree. I’m just disappointed that Flores left. He played hard, he played w great energy, and it genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his time at ND.
He is going to be a major upgrade from CS if he just doesn't smoke dope with some of his players. For those unimpressed who are the "hot" wr coaches out there wanting to come to ND?
I wonder if academics has anything to do with itI agree about Flores but apparently he has been looking around for a while.
Details. Did he already inform Wisconsin he would leave before their bowl? From another site...Mike Brown hire is official. He can get a head start on next year by coaching in the Bowl game.
Don't really care.Details. Did he already inform Wisconsin he would leave before their bowl?
Irish Breakdown stated this the day of the hireThis is all about freeman hiring his guy… not sure if it’s a good hire or not

You know you’re over 50 when referring to Uncle Smiley as “dope”He is going to be a major upgrade from CS if he just doesn't smoke dope with some of his players.
Fair point. I thought we were going to get a national search. But instead we went back to the well....Because Wisconsin is know for its WR’s, what Iowa’s WR’s coach wasn’t available?
I'll try to find the clip on Irish Break down as the guy's were wait on which Bowl the Irish were going to get they announced Mike Brown was going to be the Wrs coach and that Freeman and Brown worked together at UC, and to expect Freeman to first look at the Fickle tree of assistants coaches before anywhere elseFair point. I thought we were going to get a national search. But instead we went back to the well....
Right he's going to have more starting talent. This could be a very underrated hire.He put a 2nd, 3rd and 4th round wr while he was at Cincy
I agree. I tend to think talented receivers in high school can make the transition to college fairly seamless, and yet I know how critical coaching is to this transition. Most high school receivers get big separation based entirely on athleticism and speed; and rarely on precision of routes, etc…. Few develop good ball hawking and timing because they are usually wide open. The same for being aggressive in going after the ball when contested. Coaching matters a ton, and Brown will prove to be the best receivers coach we’ve had in recent years.Thought the Wiscy wide receivers were pretty impressive in the bowl game. Excited about Brown working ND receivers
