his DC Is the 2nd Coming of BVG! he actually had his DL drop into pass coverage! For a team that threw like 10 passes in the 1st half! Tulane had like 550 yds offense and lost TOP by a wide margin! If Riley doesn’t Tarmac this guy, he will probably be the next Tarmac case!
that last 4:20 mins/seconds was like Professional Wrestling in the 50’s!
how ND did not devise a game plan to exploi the run vs that defense is almost as big a blunder as Alex Grinch being hired as a DC! ND could have run for 500 yrds! maybe more?

No. That was his best game. He had one turnover but shoot that USC team is such trash that shouldn’t of mattered. Just poor coaching by ND.
Actually he had two. Both in the red zone
This is wrong, DP played an excellent game against USC. We lost because of incredibly poor tackling, and that ain't on DP
We lost because lousy defense and the inability of Harry Hiestand's offensive line to block anyone when we tried to run the ball.
We lost because of our defense, Pynes 2 turnovers, the 4th down disaster call, and our OL

So where are the posters that excoriated other coaches for same mismanagement? The posters that say how good he is? He lost to Tulane! Lost to Utah, twice. (And yes it sucks we lost to them)

that is why those we beat them and they beat themand they lost to who but beat the other common opponent logics are rediculous !
actually, Tulane had one of those magical years!
and, For UCLA and USC the bowl season was a prep for BIG membership! they joined Michigan and tOSU as bowl flops!
