Kind of misleading imho. You'd need to separate out the non-public funded portions of the coaches salaries, which is usually a substantial amount, maybe even the majority of their pay, to talk about what the taxpayers are paying. And Kelly is the same as those guys, portions of his total income come from multiple sources, not just from ND. If you want apples to apples, either use Kelly's total comp (which will be very hard to determine) or talk about only the publicly funded portion of those other guys' salaries.
