The only coach I see in the country that could rival Michigan and OSU that would come to ND is Fleck.

Fleck is the absolute mix of energy and excitement this program desperately needs right now. Anybody you bring in is going to be a risk. Period. I would want to get behind a young and exciting young coach who wants to be both transformational and an historic coach - as opposed to an old coach looking for one last bite of the apple. Players want to play for him - not the school. That's what we need. No recruit is coming here of 5* capability just because this is ND. Those days have past. Not with the competition and ESPN the way it is. You need this type of guy now. A new generational influence to change the program's direction. Young, bold and in front - not an old coach chasing one last dream of a NC game. He's NOT a gimmick coach like Kelly was. He's a straight forward football coach for today's type of player. DO IT! NOW!

The only answer to Meyer and Harbaugh is a young energetic guy who can relate to kids and recruit them away from the other two. Fleck is cut from the same cloth as Dabo. He's exactly what ND needs at the moment.
